1. Is this real silver/gold?
Depends on the product. We will always state what the product is made out of in the description and title. If you are unsure, please contact us and we'll reply as soon as possible. Most of our products are made from solid .925 sterling silver, but we also carry larger products in plated variants and stainless steel.
2. Will the chains/pendant heavily tarnish/change color of skin/ snap?
No, we guarantee our products are made from the highest quality raw materials and we quality control check every item before shipment. Our .925 sterling silver and solid stainless steel items will never change the color of your skin and are water-safe.
3. Where are these made?
All of our items are first conceptualized and designed in New York and New Jersey. Our production factories are located around the world, but all finishing touches, final assembly, packaging and fulfillment is completed by us in New Jersey.

6. How do I order/shop?
We recommend starting by picking out pendant(s) that you like and adding them to your cart. Afterwards, you can browse our selection of chains, pick out the chain type & length you prefer, and finally, checkout! Don't forget bracelets/rings/earrings to pair also. Dm us if you want help picking out items or with any questions.
1. When will my order be shipped?
Shipments will be made every 1-3 business days or depending on volume via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Please note that our 1-3 day processing time applies to all orders regardless of shipment speed chosen. This is the time it takes to capture payments, pull items from our warehouse, package them with love and schedule carrier pickups.
2. Where is my order shipped from & how long will it take?
Shipped from our office in New Jersey. 4-5 Business days domestically, an email with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.
Order issues (Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Damaged item):
Item never delivered?
We love and support USPS, but sometimes packages do get lost/damaged or stolen. Because it's hard to know what is happening with an exact package, we solely ship packages with tracking information and will rely on said tracking for delivery status. For this reason, we are unable to help if tracking is marked as "delivered". Please check with your USPS carrier or neighbors to locate your package.
We ask you to please be patient and follow the tracking information emailed during shipment to check status of your package, once it is shipped we have no control over the speed or delivery of your item. Unless one of the two following statements apply:
If your package is heavily delayed in transit or stuck, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and to USPS regarding this item. We can try contacting the postal service on your behalf to locate the package.
If your package is returned to sender (us), please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will ship out your package again once it arrives and postage is repaid.
Please include your order number (KJ####) and issue in your email to us.
Wrong item delivered or item came defective/damaged in transit?
While we pride ourselves on our high quality items and strong quality control checks, sometimes things happen. Defective items can slip through, our team may send the wrong item or USPS may damage the item during transit.
Either way, please visit our return and exchange page here and select your order & reason and we will help process your free return or exchange once we confirm details. Please make sure all jewelry is new/unworn without signs of wear, scratches or dents. Please also include all original packaging materials with your return.
Changed your mind or not 100% satisfied? Kuyashii Jewelry provides full returns and refunds (excluding shipping) for any reason on new/unworn jewelry within 7 business days of receiving your package.
If you choose to receive store credit for your refund, it is completely free to do so (minus shipping). However, if you are refunding back to your original payment method (Credit/debit card, PayPal, Etc...) a small $7 fee that covers our credit card processor fees, labels and packaging and restocking will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Please make sure all jewelry is new/unworn without signs of wear, scratches or dents. Buyer must pay return shipping to us (USPS First Class Package) and provide all packaging materials in the return.

We reserve the right to deny return/refund claims on promotional/sale items. Returns/refunds will always be available for full-price items.
We do not provide exchanges, however, you can return your item for site credit to purchase the correct size.
